Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support team members, ensuring a balanced workload.
- Develop new functionalities and participate in team research, technical events, and cross-team projects.
- Share your expertise to deliver the best experiences for our clients.
- Be proactive and productive, diving deep into problems to solve them correctly.
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong knowledge of React and an understanding of its core principles.
- Experience with mentoring, performance evaluation, interviews, and team management.
- Proficiency in CSS and a willingness to fully layout a page if necessary.
- Experience with unit testing and a deep understanding of how browsers work from a JS developer’s perspective.
- Ability to write and deploy your own code in production, with a basic understanding of CI/CD and Docker.
- Ability to write a simple service on Node.js.
