Job Overview
Join Google as a Software Engineer II in the Video Creation team within Google Ads, based in Warsaw, Poland. This role is pivotal in developing next-generation technologies that transform how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information. You will work on projects critical to Google’s needs, with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve.
Responsibilities
- Build Front-End Functionality: Develop front-end components for advertiser-facing tools, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with Back-End Teams: Work closely with Ads back-end teams to integrate their RPCs into the front-end server.
- Experiment and Innovate: Identify methods and run experiments to attribute success to launches, driving continuous improvement.
- Develop New Components: Collaborate with UX partners to create new front-end components that enhance user interaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 1 year of experience with front-end and user interface development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on frontend/web projects.
- Proficiency in Angular, React, or other web frameworks.
- Experience in Dart and Java/Kotlin.
