About the Role
Happyrobot is seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing our AI-driven platform that automates phone-based operations for freight brokers and logistics enterprises. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for our web applications.
- Optimize AI Infrastructure: Work closely with our AI team to optimize the voice AI infrastructure, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ownership and Independence: Take ownership of projects and work independently to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven Experience in Full-Stack Development: Strong background in both front-end and back-end web development.
- Proficiency in CSS and Web Application Development: Experience with CSS and building web applications is essential.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience with Optimization: Familiarity with optimizing software for performance and scalability.
