About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the web team at Moveworks, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of the Moveworks Enterprise Copilot ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI intelligence across the full stack, making the work both innovative and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities

Design and Implement Features: You will design and implement product features for stakeholders and end-users using cutting-edge technical approaches to deliver business value. This includes expanding the product's reach to more customers, domains, and global markets while ensuring high-quality engineering implementation.

Architect and Build: You will be responsible for architecting and building out Moveworks' web technology stacks, such as authentication, event tracking, application platforms, and design systems.

Promote Best Practices: You will promote best practices and standards to build modular and scalable web apps and APIs between backend services.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, ML, and engineering teams to enhance end-user experience, find creative solutions to fill technology gaps, and increase customer adoption.

Startup Pace: Work at a startup pace in a small company with a high degree of ownership.
What You Bring

Educational Background: BS or higher degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional development experience in building complex web applications.

Technical Skills: Experience with a major modern Web UI framework (e.g., ReactJS) and experience building UI at scale.

Product Sense: Strong product sense and a passion for building scalable web or conversational UI products.

Collaboration Skills: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Learning Attitude: A constant thirst for learning and a willingness to get out of your comfort zone.

Compensation
- Salary Range: €150,000 - €249,000 per year.
- Equity: Equity is offered for all full-time roles.
- Benefits: Exceptional benefits package, including commissions or bonus plans for applicable roles.
