About the Role

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Supermove, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the moving industry by introducing cutting-edge technology solutions. You will work closely with our customer base to enhance their operational efficiency, increase revenue, and improve the overall moving experience. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a passion for solving real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop User-Facing Features: Build new features from the database schema to the UI components with meticulous attention to detail.
• Create Scalable Systems: Design generic systems to solve various workflows, including billing, document creation, and customer communication.
• Optimize Performance: Enhance our GraphQL backend for fast performance, enabling movers to complete jobs efficiently.
• Real-Time Support: Implement real-time support for notifications and customer communication features.
• Design System Development: Contribute to our design system, ensuring UI components are built consistently and quickly.
• Open Source Contribution: Develop and open source frameworks that facilitate rapid application development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Backend Technologies: Proficiency in relational databases, GraphQL, Python/Flask, and AWS Lambdas.
• Frontend Technologies: Experience with React, React Native, and frontend testing.
• Testing: Familiarity with end-to-end, integration, and unit testing.
• Experience: 2-5 years in a tech, product-driven company, with 1-2 years in an early-stage startup preferred.
