What You'll Do
- 70% Development and Testing: You will spend most of your time developing and testing our workforce management software.
- 10% Operations: Participate in the operational aspects of the software.
- 10% Scrum/Team Meetings: Engage in regular scrum sessions and team meetings to ensure smooth progress.

What's Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT.
- Passion for IT and a critical eye for detail.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch.
