As a key player in our engineering department, you will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining our cutting-edge HR & Payroll software, while also spearheading the development of innovative features.

Your Role

As a Senior .NET Fullstack Developer, you will:

Build New Features: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative features that meet the evolving needs of our users. Engage in the full development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
Maintain the Code Base: Ensure the stability, reliability, and scalability of our codebase through proactive maintenance. Conduct regular code reviews to uphold high coding standards.
Fix Bugs and Security Issues: Quickly identify and resolve bugs and security vulnerabilities, working closely with the team to implement effective solutions.
Improve the Product: Incrementally enhance the product by systematically introducing new features, ensuring each addition improves the user experience.
Chapter Membership and Area Improvement: Join a chapter of your choice, becoming a subject matter expert and contributing to the advancement of that area within the organization.
Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team, including designers and a Scrum Master, fostering a collaborative environment.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with the Azure environment, including DevOps and Pipelines.
Strong skills in GIT (Bitbucket) and producing testable code with unit tests.
Experience developing on the Windows platform and working with web components.
Knowledge of REST API patterns and OpenAPI specification.
Experience in agile environments.
A proactive and energetic approach, constantly seeking improvement and bringing new ideas.
