Job Overview
Join UNOPS as a Full-Stack Web Developer and contribute to the development of the UN WebBuy platform. This role involves creating high-quality, secure, and scalable code artifacts, troubleshooting production issues, and providing user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Development: Work independently to develop system features and improvements using .NET/C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other technologies as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code quality and performance optimization. Work closely with QA to resolve issues and develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Technical Excellence: Participate in technical discussions, research new technologies, and propose system improvements.
- User Support: Respond to and resolve complex technical support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes for identified issues.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree with additional experience may be accepted.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a full-stack web developer using C#, .NET framework, Entity Framework, and relational databases.
- Languages: Full working knowledge of English is required.
