Lead Full-stack Developer
About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Full-stack Developer for VividWorks Oy, a company that specializes in visual commerce solutions. This role is pivotal in taking technical leadership responsibility, spearheading new innovations, and coaching the development team. As a lead developer, you will be actively involved in both product discovery and delivery, with varying emphasis over time.
Responsibilities
- Lead product delivery and shape the technical direction by understanding customer business and IT architecture.
- Develop high-quality code and collaborate with the team to ensure best practices.
- Maintain and develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build and deployment automation, unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
- Own and update architecture and domain model documentation.
- Actively lead and develop Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
- Proficiency in React, Redux, Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, Three.js, PHP, Python, OpenCV, Unity, SQL, and Docker.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure AD B2C, App Services, Key Vault, CosmosDB, Blob Storage, and Azure Cache for Redis.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Slack, Linear, Confluence, Sharepoint, Teams, Lucidchart, Miro, draw.io, Visual Studio Enterprise, and Visual Studio Code.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish is a plus.
- Must have a work permit for Finland or be a Finnish citizen.
Work Environment
- Flexible working arrangements with the possibility of remote work.
- Regular face-to-face meetings are encouraged, with occasional travel required for in-person meetings.
