About the Role
Adobe is seeking a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of AI and Generative AI technologies that enhance our Photoshop and Digital Imaging applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting and work on cutting-edge projects that improve user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to advance GenAI, particularly focusing on Large Language Models (LLM) and Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLM) for Digital Imaging applications.
- Stay updated with the latest scientific literature and advancements in the GenAI domain, and propose potential improvements or integrations.
- Bring energy, focus, and excellence to all projects and assignments.
- Take initiative, seek new challenges, and acquire necessary knowledge and skills to complete tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or equivalent experience.
- 0-2+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Demonstrable knowledge of LLM and MLLM, including evaluation metrics and challenges in productization.
- Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in machine learning libraries and development toolkits, including cloud frameworks such as AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing others through well-reasoned explanations.
Compensation
The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,700 to $195,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
