As a Senior Back End Developer, you will be instrumental in leading the development of highly performant, scalable microservices designed to handle high traffic volumes, ensuring peak performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Development: Spearhead the creation of scalable microservices to manage high traffic volumes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Testing Strategies: Oversee and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and load testing, to ensure software reliability and performance under stress.
API Design: Design and build advanced backend APIs to enhance our solution's capabilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of scalability and performance.
Documentation: Keep documentation of relevant systems up to date.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and technical excellence.
Technology Advocacy: Stay at the forefront of technology by researching, advocating, and implementing best practices in coding standards and software design.
Project Delivery: Be accountable for and lead the end-to-end delivery of projects.

Job Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Golang Expertise: Strong experience in Golang is highly desirable, along with proficiency in other programming languages used in our stack.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, share knowledge, and foster a positive learning environment.
