Your Role

As a Senior Back End Developer, you will play a pivotal role in executing the back-end aspects of large-scale applications, leveraging the latest technological advancements. You will collaborate closely with talented colleagues in a supportive and inclusive environment to tackle challenges and continuously refine and enhance our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Backend Services: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services to ensure our applications run smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that meet business requirements.
• Optimize and Scale: Identify bottlenecks and optimize existing code to improve application performance and scalability.
• Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure the highest quality.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in backend development, and suggest new tools and technologies to enhance our development process.

What We Value

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in back-end development.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages, particularly Go (Golang).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
