Role Overview
As an AI Product Engineer at Notion, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on integrating AI technologies into Notion's products. This role involves both development and implementation phases where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI-powered features.
Responsibilities
- Prototype and experiment with new AI features.
- Productionize and launch AI technology integrations.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to deliver on product features.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of system architecture and relational databases (Postgres, MySQL).
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React).
- Experience in building AI products using LLMs, embeddings, and other machine learning technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on empathetic interactions and clear articulation of technical concepts.
Nice to Have
- Extensive experience with AI product development.
- Familiarity with Notion's technology stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres).
- Interest in computing history and non-technical fields such as art, history, or social sciences.
