About the Role
Join Notion's Monetization Platform team as a Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by leading initiatives that improve paid conversion and advance our global expansion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain the infrastructure necessary to support payments, billing, international currencies, and self-serve monetization.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives that enhance paid conversion rates and expand global reach.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, design, and business teams to develop and maintain payment systems.
- Develop Infrastructure: Build robust infrastructure for handling payments and billing across multiple currencies.
- Focus on Quality: Ensure the reliability and security of the payment systems to handle customer transactions with utmost care.
Skills You'll Need
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of engineering experience, particularly in building high-quality product experiences.
- Impact Orientation: Ability to prioritize projects based on business impact, balancing craft and speed.
- Data and Experimentation: Experience in creating and analyzing experiments to test monetization strategies.
- User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of the implications of your work on users and responsibility for its impact.
