Your Role & Influence
As a Full Stack Developer at Dustin, you'll join a collaborative, cross-functional web team focused on building and improving high-performance online services. With online sales at our core, delivering secure, reliable, and fast solutions is critical.
The team is responsible for the entire chain; from understanding needs in depth to design, development, and operation in production. It is not uncommon for several deployments per day.
Examples of initiatives that we work with include transforming our checkout with a flexible payment solution in collaboration with a well-known partner and creating an MVP to see if we can sell IT services in a new way.

We envision you as a curious, open-minded, driven problem-solver with a strong team focus and a commitment to continuous learning. You bring a self-driven leadership and a passion for creating high-quality, testable, and adaptable software.
Additionally, It's Important That You Bring:
- Around 3-5 years of strong experience in C#, React, JavaScript, Kubernetes, .NET Core, and preferably AWS or Azure.
- Good communication and collaborative skills.
- Good command of English in both writing and speech.
- Experience in Node, GraphQL, e-commerce transaction-intensive systems, and architecture based on Microservices and Microsites is meritorious.
