Job Overview
Valtech is seeking a Fullstack Lead Developer to join our team in Gothenburg. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality solutions and has a proven track record of leading teams to successful project deliveries. As a Fullstack Lead Developer, you will be responsible for both hands-on development and guiding the development team to deliver top-tier technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Take charge of the technical direction and successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with the client’s business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Act as a technical consultant for our clients, understanding their business challenges and providing effective technical solutions.
- Development: Design, develop, and deploy fullstack solutions across various technologies to meet client requirements.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery, ensuring that the technical aspects of the project meet or exceed client expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and best practices within the development teams.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in fullstack development, with a focus on .NET / C#, Node.js, or similar backend technologies.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React, TypeScript, or Vue.js, along with HTML and CSS.
- Proven experience as a tech lead, including taking ownership of technical delivery, development team performance, and overall project success.
- Experience working with CMS or eCommerce platforms, including understanding of headless CMS architectures and GraphQL.
- Strong experience in database design, queries, and web storage.
- Experience with API design, maintenance, and versioning.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud applications.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English and Swedish.
Work Environment
- Location: On-site in Gothenburg, with the flexibility to work on-site 1-2 days a week.
