About the Role
As a Full Stack Developer at Off, you will play a crucial role in developing web-based applications and features that enhance the experience of our external customers and streamline processes for our internal teams. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of your projects, from frontend to backend, including database management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement: Create internal and external tools using Remix.run.
- Technical Improvements: Identify, document, and communicate technical improvements within your area of responsibility.
- Codebase Standards: Assist in developing and strengthening standards and guidelines for the Off codebase.
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor systems with automated testing systems.
- UI Design: Ensure accessibility, usability, and design of the user interfaces.
- Project Coordination: Independently coordinate projects in cross-functional teams based on OKRs.
- Company Standards: Adhere to internal company standards, such as CI standards of the Off brand.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: Degree in STEM fields or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in software development, ideally in web development.
- Problem Solving: Ability to develop simple solutions for complex problems.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Remix, Typescript, React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Prisma, and Git is a plus.
- Mindset: A learning mindset and enthusiasm for action.
