Senior FullStack Developer (React, Node.js, TypeScript)

Job Overview

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our platform. You will leverage your extensive experience in technologies such as React, TypeScript, GitLab, CI/CD, Node.js, and Express.js or Next.js to contribute to the creation of scalable, high-performance applications that redefine user experience standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with remote teams to design, develop, and deploy robust frontend and backend solutions.
• Architect and implement efficient and reusable code using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Utilize GitLab for version control, issue tracking, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Develop RESTful APIs using Express.js or Next.js to support frontend functionality.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through code optimization and performance tuning techniques.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in frontend and backend development roles, preferably in startup environments or fast-paced tech companies.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, or Next.js.
• Strong understanding of GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Experience designing, building, maintaining, and scaling web applications.
• Proficient in deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS services and experience in deploying applications on AWS.
• Previous experience working with sensitive customer data and implementing security measures.
• Demonstrated commitment, proactive work ethic, and reliability, willing to go the extra mile to ensure project success.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
