Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote role with a US-based company, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Romania. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Design and Develop: Create and maintain both front-end and back-end systems for web and mobile applications.
User Interfaces: Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using JavaScript, React.js, or React Native.
Back-End Services: Develop robust, scalable back-end services using Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to enable smooth functionality between client-side and server-side operations.
Database Management: Manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end, back-end, DevOps, and product management, to deliver seamless features.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues on both the front-end and back-end, ensuring optimal performance.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest development trends and apply best practices to improve processes on both sides of the stack.

Qualifications

Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience working as a full-stack developer.
Front-End Proficiency: Strong skills in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React.js, React Native, HTML5, and CSS3.
Back-End Expertise: Experience in back-end development using Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
API and Microservices: Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
Database Skills: Strong proficiency with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying scalable applications.
Security Practices: Knowledge of security practices, including data protection, authentication, and authorization.
Containerization: Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team and communicate clearly in a distributed environment.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation

Salary: $2,000 - $6,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
Contract: Independent contractor agreement paid twice monthly.
