Full Stack Engineer with Node.js and React.js

About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer at Starred.com, you will play a crucial role in developing our new Insights Platform modules. You will collaborate closely with the product manager and product designer to ensure that the solutions we create make a significant impact. This role requires you to take ownership of projects from conception through to release and beyond, reflecting on both your work and the team's to improve future developments and processes. You will also contribute to shaping the future design of our codebase and help your colleagues enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new modules for our Insights Platform.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to create impactful solutions.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an analytical problem-solver who digs deep to understand root causes and works methodically to resolve them while maintaining a positive and critical mindset. You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty to ensure solutions are 100% effective in both programming and functionality.

Functional Requirements

Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Demonstrated experience as a full-stack developer with 4-5 years of experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Experience with Adonisjs/Nestjs or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with React/Next.js or another frontend framework.

Nice to Haves

Experience with relational databases.
Experience with one of the agile methodologies.
Experience with AWS.
Experience with Docker/containerization.
Experience with Symfony or PHP.
