About the Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Ageras, you will be part of a team tasked with developing and scaling our DIY Taxes and/or Banking product across multiple European countries. Your key objectives will include ensuring that our solutions become the leading fintech solution for freelancers and small businesses across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and scale fintech solutions across multiple European countries.
- Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with both internal products and external partners.
- Champion best practices for building scalable distributed systems within the team and across the organization.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Technical Expertise Required
- Extensive experience with event-driven architecture, distributed systems, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, and hexagonal architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Typescript, React, Node.js, and React-Native.
- Experience with front-end and mobile development is a significant advantage.
Additional Skills
- Strong communication skills, particularly in technical decision-making.
- Quick learning capabilities and a passion for innovation.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Sequelize, GraphQL, Apollo, and Docker is highly regarded.
- DevOps skills, including CI/CD and observability.
- Experience with automated testing at all levels: unit, integration, component, end-to-end testing.
