Job Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Support) to join our team in Buffalo, NY. This is a hybrid role, requiring 40% remote and 60% onsite work. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving technical issues faced by our customers, ensuring their businesses continue to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Investigate technical issues by analyzing customer data and source code.
- Communicate with customers to understand and resolve their issues.
- Develop tailored solutions and apply them to customer databases.
- Fix faulty code and write tests to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with client-facing roles and internal teams to solve technical problems.
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and strategic partners.
- Manage support for Enterprise customers in SaaS, PaaS, and self-hosted environments.
- Document support ticket resolutions and apply fixes for customers.
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages and relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source projects are advantageous.
- Knowledge of business processes such as sales, accounting, and inventory management.
