At Sybill.ai, we are revolutionizing B2B sales with an AI-first approach that automates sales rep tasks, allowing them to focus on customer interactions. Our proprietary AI extracts accurate deal attributes, enhancing sales workflows and eliminating the need for extensive middle management.
Role and Responsibilities
This unique role combines software engineering with customer interactions, allowing you to directly influence product development through high-feedback interactions with users. You will be responsible for:
Technical Support
- Provide in-depth technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to our product.
Python Development
- Write and maintain scripts to automate tasks and handle unique customer cases efficiently.
Bug Investigation and Resolution
- Investigate reported bugs and incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions to ensure timely resolution.
User Interaction
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their success with our product.
Collaboration
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to improve our product based on customer feedback and reported issues.
Documentation
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues systematically, contributing to our knowledge base and product documentation.
Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack or backend development.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and experience with AWS and NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping users succeed.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
