Work Environment
Audi is on an ambitious path towards a future where assisted, automated, and autonomous driving and parking will play an increasingly important role. A key enabler for the development, approval, and operation of such functions is an end-to-end, scalable, and real-time capable Big Data platform. Our team is responsible for this Big Data platform, including the vehicle and backend subsystems, pipelines, frontends, processes, methods, and tools, and we continuously develop it using hybrid work models and agile methods.
Job Purpose/Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Fullstack Software Developer (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications both in the frontend and backend. You will work closely with our design, product, and other development teams to create innovative and user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration with designers and product managers to implement user interfaces.
- Implementation and maintenance of backend APIs and databases.
- Ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Development and implementation of cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Data analysis and processing in the cloud.
- Development of efficient cloud architectures for application development.
- Handling Big Data and implementing corresponding solutions.
- Application of dynamic programming and parameter variation algorithms.
- Troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing systems.
- Participation in code reviews and adherence to best practices.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in web application development.
- Solid knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and the development of cloud-based solutions.
- Competence in data analysis in the cloud.
- Experience with developing efficient cloud architectures.
- Knowledge of handling Big Data.
- Experience with dynamic programming and parameter variation algorithms.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Independent and structured working style.
