This role is crucial for optimizing the vehicle homologation process worldwide, and you will play a key role in delivering software solutions that provide real value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Utilize your expertise in React, particularly functional components and hooks, to build robust user interfaces. Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui will be part of your toolkit for creating beautiful, responsive designs.
• Backend Development: Leverage your Java skills, including Lambda Expressions, Streaming API, and Java Records, to develop efficient backend systems. You will work with Spring Boot and Spring JDBC, focusing on SQL without the use of OR-Mappers like Hibernate.
• Agile Methodologies: Work within a Scrum team, participating in daily stand-ups, reviews, refinements, and retrospectives. The development cycle is structured in 4-week sprints, and project management is conducted via Jira.
• Collaboration and Communication: Engage in regular remote meetings with clients and collaborate across teams to ensure project success. You will be part of a 10-member team with diverse experience levels, fostering a supportive and communicative work environment.

Requirements

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in React (functional components), Java, and SQL. Experience with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German (native level) and conversational English.
• Interest in Automotive: A genuine interest in vehicle development and the homologation process is essential.
