Micron Technology is seeking a passionate and talented intern to join our mNAND Firmware team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge memory solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As an intern in the mNAND Firmware team, you will be involved in various aspects of firmware development for managed memory products. You will gain hands-on experience in requirements analysis, architecture definition, and firmware development for embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis & Architecture Definition: Analyze requirements and define the architecture for managed memory products.
- Firmware Development: Write source code for embedded systems, focusing on performance and reliability.
- Debugging: Analyze functional issues and perform performance profiling in test environments or target host systems.
- Process Improvement: Learn about processes to ensure firmware quality and timely delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in C programming (C++ is a plus).
- Knowledge of microcontroller architectures, particularly ARM.
- Familiarity with lab tools such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, JTAG/ICE debuggers, and protocol analyzers.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
