Qorvo is seeking a talented Software Engineering Intern to join our EDA Automation team in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. As an intern, you will work closely with our team to streamline application and software processes using Python and C++ programming languages.
About the Role
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Task Ownership E2E: Taking full responsibility for tasks from start to finish.
- Daily Standup: Participating in daily standup meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Communicating Areas of Improvement: Identifying and communicating areas for improvement in processes and software.
- Demos: Preparing and delivering demos of your work.
- End of Internship Presentation: Presenting your work and achievements to upper management at the end of your internship.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Python and C++ programming.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with shell scripting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, independent, and proactive approach to work.
- A detail-oriented and responsible team-player attitude.
