Your Role

As a MERN Stack Technical Lead, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of developers in building scalable and efficient applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
Over 5 years of professional experience as a MERN Fullstack Developer.
Strong experience with React, React Native, React Hooks, Expo.js, Next.js, Nest.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
Knowledge and experience with NoSQL databases.
