Your Role
As a MERN Stack Technical Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in building scalable and efficient applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Over 5 years of professional experience as a MERN Fullstack Developer.
- Strong experience with React, React Native, React Hooks, Expo.js, Next.js, Nest.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
- Knowledge and experience with NoSQL databases.
