About the Role
This is a full-time, home-based position. You will be part of the Scopic team, which consists of over 250 professionals from more than 60 countries. As a Machine Learning Developer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying solutions using large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy LLM solutions using techniques such as advanced prompt engineering, RAG, vector embeddings, and LLM compression.
- Work with both commercial LLMs (e.g., GPT-4+, Claude-2) and open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama-2).
- Experiment with new research in the generative AI space.
- Utilize Deep Learning Frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Write clean, efficient, and robust code in Python for AI applications.
- Lead research and development efforts within the team.
- Collaborate effectively with a global team using project management tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development, primarily in a commercial setting.
- Strong grasp of large language models, their architecture, training techniques, and optimization.
- Solid foundation in mathematical concepts, algorithms, and statistical models relevant to deep learning and AI.
- Proficient programming skills in Python.
- Good communication skills in English.
