What You'll Do
As our first research engineer on the machine learning team, you will:
- Drive research initiatives to enhance our machine learning tools.
- Adapt and extend open-source machine learning technologies.
- Work on projects that span object detection, classification, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with a team of experts to push the boundaries of what's possible in computer vision.

You are a curious self-starter with a deep passion for computer vision and a proven track record of improving systems and processes. Your ability to own outcomes and work autonomously will make you a perfect fit for our team.
Where You'll Work
Roboflow is a distributed team across the US and Europe, with hubs in New York City and San Francisco. We support remote work and provide resources to help you choose your best work environment.
When You'll Work
Our team operates during US daytime hours, with some required synchronous meetings. We offer a flexible schedule to foster both collaborative and asynchronous work.
