About the Role
As a LLM Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable backend systems that support AI-driven features for a niche platform in the creator economy. You will work closely with industry professionals and creators to deploy high-performance AI solutions in real-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems to support AI-driven interactions.
- AI Pipeline Optimization: Enhance performance and efficiency across AI pipelines, pushing the boundaries of real-time automation.
- Embeddings & Model Improvement: Work with embeddings and optimize models to improve user experience and content recommendation.
- LLM Experimentation: Experiment with LLM-based pipelines, exploring new features and innovations.
- Fine-Tuning & Customization: Identify opportunities for fine-tuning models to meet specific user needs, enhancing AI’s responsiveness and adaptability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in backend engineering, preferably in high-performance environments.
- Proficient in Python, with a solid understanding of backend development principles.
- A genuine interest in Large Language Models, with hands-on experience in experimenting and deploying them.
- Strong preference for candidates who have deployed LLMs in production settings.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GoLang and GCloud.
- Familiarity with frameworks like DSPy.
- Experience using reinforcement learning techniques to optimize models.
- Skilled in fine-tuning and customizing language models for specific applications.
- Active in the AI or tech community, staying updated on trends and advancements.
