Sales / Business Developer Internship or Apprenticeship

Overview

Alegria.group, a leader in Nocode/Lowcode and AI technologies, is looking for a motivated Sales / Business Developer Intern or Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Paris. This role is perfect for students from business schools or those who have completed intensive commercial training programs such as boot camps. You will be directly involved in contacting leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

Contact Leads: Engage with numerous leads weekly from our online conferences.
Lead Management: Maintain rigorous follow-ups, document interactions in the CRM, and initiate contact when necessary.
Client Advisory: Guide leads in selecting the most suitable training product according to their needs.
Sales Closure: Aim to maximize revenue by closing deals with as many leads as possible.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze your sales data to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the team's overall performance enhancement.

Candidate Profile

Education: Currently enrolled in a business school or have undergone a commercial training program.
Experience: Previous successful experience in B2C sales, preferably in education or training services.
Results-Driven: Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Organizational Skills: Well-organized with a keen attention to detail.
Proactivity: Initiative-taking in identifying sales opportunities and suggesting process improvements.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and CRM software.
