Your Role

As an intern, you will be integrated into our Tech team and will have the opportunity to work on both back-end development and quality assurance tasks.

Back-End Development Responsibilities

• Propose technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Design and develop functionalities.
• Analyze and correct anomalies.
• Understand the costings necessary for feature development.
• Participate in unit, functional, security, and load tests.
• Write technical documents.

Technologies You Will Use

• Frameworks: Django, Django Rest Framework, Flask, FastAPI
• Environment: Linux (basic commands, Bash scripting), Docker
• CI/CD Tools: GitHub, GitLab, Travis CI
• Languages: Python, HTML5, JavaScript (ECMAScript), CSS, WebSocket
• Server Architecture: Micro-services, SOA
• Cloud Infrastructure: OVH, Scaleway, AWS, Azure, GCP
• Databases: Postgres, MongoDB

Quality Assurance Responsibilities

• Work with our QA Manager to ensure the organization and implementation of quality processes.
• Assist Product Owners and Lead Dev in defining needs and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the test repository and define the test strategy with the Tech team.
• Design, execute, and track manual and automated test plans.
• Develop and implement test automation, deployment scripts, test reports, and alerting systems in CI.
• Identify, analyze, document, and monitor non-conformities.
• Support development teams to ensure product quality (coaching, QA best practices) and animate bug review boards.
• Develop, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks for UI, API Rest, and performance tests.
• Identify and monitor QA KPIs.
• Stay informed about trends, technological evolutions, and innovations in your field.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a resourceful, rigorous, and curious individual who can work well in a team and is eager to grow with us. You should be comfortable with professional English (reading and writing documents) and have a critical and constructive approach to our processes, tools, and methods.

Desired Skills

• Basic knowledge of development languages: Python, HTML, Vue/React, SQL.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub/Git CI.
• Experience with testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, or alternatives.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like Perfjmeter, Gatling, and Octoperf is a plus.

1. Screening Interview: A 10-15 minute video call with Amy, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to see if we are a good fit.
2. In-Person Interview: Meet with Sebastien, our Lead Dev, and one of the co-founders to discuss your aspirations, the role, and your skills.
