Are you passionate about digital sales and eager to take on a new challenge? eXalt is seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Manager to join our team in Niort, France. As a Digital Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our client base.
About the Role
In this role, you will be part of our Products & Projects team, working closely with Julie and Thomas to achieve our sales goals. You will be responsible for:
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
- Recruitment: Engaging with potential candidates and managing the recruitment process to build a strong sales team.
- Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets.
- Intrapreneurship: Encouraging innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the team to drive business growth.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who embodies the spirit and values of eXalt. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree (Bac+5) and at least two years of experience in sales or a related field.
- A strong passion for sales and recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
- A desire to be part of a dynamic and international team, with a willingness to travel and engage with clients globally.
