About the Role
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Shipping New Functionalities: Work in one of our SCRUM teams to deliver new features weekly, ensuring our product remains cutting-edge and user-friendly.
- High-Quality Code: Bring your deep knowledge of design, analysis, development, and testing to exceed industry standards in code quality and security.
- Innovative Techniques: Utilize new techniques such as organizing Laravel Applications with Actions to improve our development processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to refine high-level stories and present them to your team.
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.

Job Requirements
- PHP and Laravel Expertise: Over 5 years of experience working with PHP and modern Laravel.
- High-Performance Code: Ability to write reusable and fully tested code.
- SCRUM Experience: Previous experience working in SCRUM teams, contributing ideas and solutions.
- Hybrid Work Commitment: Willingness to work at least two days a week in our Amsterdam office (relocation to the Netherlands is required).
