About the Role

As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be a key player in our Mobile App team. Your primary responsibility will be to bring our popular web features to mobile devices, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will collaborate closely with our Product Manager, Designer, and Engineering Manager to design, develop, and maintain our mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize TypeScript in a React Native application with React Query.
• Ship new functionalities bi-weekly to keep up with our rapidly evolving product.
• Contribute to the design, analysis, development, and testing of mobile applications.
• Communicate with RESTful APIs to interact with our backend systems.
• Work with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to refine high-level stories before they are presented to the team.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
• Write clean, efficient, tested, and maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards.

Recruitment Process

1. Initial call with our recruiter, Jakub (30 minutes).
2. Interview with your future Engineering Manager, Rafael (45 minutes).
3. Complete a coding assignment at home.
4. Final technical interview with your future teammates (up to 120 minutes).

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-time software development experience, with 2+ years in shipping React Native apps.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React Native.
• Ability to write high-performance, reusable, and fully tested code.
• Experience in implementing and improving mobile accessibility.
• Experience in transforming high-level business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with Android and/or iOS application development is a plus.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to discuss design decisions confidently.
