About the Role
As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be a key player in our Mobile App team. Your primary responsibility will be to bring our popular web features to mobile devices, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will collaborate closely with our Product Manager, Designer, and Engineering Manager to design, develop, and maintain our mobile application.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize TypeScript in a React Native application with React Query.
- Ship new functionalities bi-weekly to keep up with our rapidly evolving product.
- Contribute to the design, analysis, development, and testing of mobile applications.
- Communicate with RESTful APIs to interact with our backend systems.
- Work with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to refine high-level stories before they are presented to the team.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
- Write clean, efficient, tested, and maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards.

Recruitment Process
- Initial call with our recruiter, Jakub (30 minutes).
- Interview with your future Engineering Manager, Rafael (45 minutes).
- Complete a coding assignment at home.
- Final technical interview with your future teammates (up to 120 minutes).
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-time software development experience, with 2+ years in shipping React Native apps.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React Native.
- Ability to write high-performance, reusable, and fully tested code.
- Experience in implementing and improving mobile accessibility.
- Experience in transforming high-level business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with Android and/or iOS application development is a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to discuss design decisions confidently.
