Senior Backend Developer (PHP / Laravel)

About the Role

As a Senior Backend Developer at Producthero, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our platform and tools. You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features, improving existing systems, and ensuring the robustness and scalability of our backend infrastructure. Your expertise in PHP and Laravel will be crucial as you work on various projects, contributing to architectural decisions and data processing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance our current platform and tools efficiently and securely.
Contribute to discussions on new developments, tools, and architecture.
Actively participate in scrum sessions, including Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Maintain high code quality through Pull Requests, code scans, and unit tests.
Identify bottlenecks and implement effective improvements.
Document code and process decisions to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.

About You

You are an enthusiastic and professional developer with 4+ years of experience.
You have knowledge of and experience with PHP, Laravel, PhpUnit/Pest, SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Docker, Linux, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
You have an excellent command of the English language.
Experience with Redis, Python, (Google) Cloud Services, JavaScript, and Vue.js is a plus.

Salary Range: €4000 - €5500 gross per month.
