Are you ready to take your backend development skills to the next level? Fixami, a cloud-born e-commerce company based in Tilburg, is looking for a Senior BackEnd Developer to join our team. What You'll Do

As a Senior BackEnd Developer at Fixami, you will be responsible for adapting, improving, and expanding our software to keep up with innovations. Your tasks will include simplifying the checkout process for customers and future-proofing our warehouse systems. You will work with Symfony-based PHP applications supported by MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, and more. Your role will involve:

• Managing dependencies with Composer.
• Communicating with third-party REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and SFTP servers.
• Working in containerized development environments using Docker.
• Conducting automated test setups and code reviews to ensure quality.
• Participating in an agile development process based on Scrum.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a tech-savvy individual who understands the balance between IT and business and is ready to elevate Fixami to the next level. You should have:

• At least 3 years of relevant development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of PHP and SQL.
• Experience with Symfony, Laravel, Zend Framework, or other object-oriented frameworks.
• A drive to continuously improve code quality.
• Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
• Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
