What You'll Get To Do
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Klarna, you will be working on critical problem spaces that are essential to Klarna’s current needs. This role offers significant growth opportunities in a fast-paced business environment. You will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, large-scale system design, data storage/processing, security, artificial intelligence, UI design, and mobile development.
You will develop as a professional in an entrepreneurial organization that provides ample opportunities to work with your areas of interest. You will use state-of-the-art technology to solve real problems for our customers at a massive scale. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle of your code - you write it, you own it. This includes designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving your code.
You will also share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices. The role involves working in small autonomous teams with short release cycles. You will have the opportunity to give back by contributing to open source projects.
You Should Have
- Strong coding ability in TypeScript using Node.js
- Experience with common JavaScript libraries and frameworks
- Work experience using React and React Native
- Experience with product development cloud and microservices
- A passion for writing clean and testable code
- Experience with Agile practices (Pairing, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery)
