Chainlink Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with extensive blockchain knowledge to join our dynamic team. About the Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing internal tooling to enable multiple departments within Chainlink Labs. This is a career-defining opportunity to have an immediate impact within a fast-growing tech company that is successfully implementing a key piece of the world’s blockchain infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Projects: Lead and manage projects in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our security, engineering, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment and help lead projects from requirements collection to implementation.
- Communicate Effectively: Proactively communicate with leadership, providing context around risks, blockers, and timelines, while seeking guidance and recommending directions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Blockchain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem and experience with smart contracts.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong software engineering skills in Golang, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Web Development: Experience developing web applications/services and backend APIs.
- Infrastructure Design: Experience designing, building, and implementing back-end infrastructure for custom applications/services and APIs; familiarity with AWS.
Desired Qualifications
- Security Skills: A background in security is a plus.
- Educational Background: A degree in software engineering or computer science.
- Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment is beneficial.
Work Environment
This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. However, we ask that you try to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST) to facilitate collaboration with our global team.
