About the Role
As a Full Stack Engineer at Alchemy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the blockchain development experience for developers and enterprises globally. You will be responsible for developing high-impact, user-facing products that are essential for building and debugging blockchain applications. Your work will be the first thing users see, and it will define their experience with blockchain technology.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Define and own the development of user-facing features for blockchain developers.
- Tool Building: Create new tools for debugging blockchain applications on the web.
- Problem Solving: Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
- Best Practices: Uphold best practices around code quality, strong typing, and API design.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teammates in design, growth, and blockchain infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record of owning, shipping, and iterating on user-facing products and web applications with large user bases.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with TypeScript, React (or equivalent), NodeJS, and modern web development tools.
- Problem Solving: Ability to stitch together various services and processes, even if unfamiliar.
- Autonomy: Self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas independently.
- Balance: Ability to find the right balance between perfection and shipping quickly.
- Web3 Experience: Experience with Web3 is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience in startups or having founded a company is a plus.

- Developer Tools: Design tools for blockchain developers to explore smart contracts, on-chain transactions, and API calls.
- Onboarding Features: Build features that help new blockchain developers successfully launch their first application.
- Blockchain Launches: Work on launching new blockchains and integrating their unique features into the web platform.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
