Senior Fullstack Developer - Java / React.js

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer with expertise in Java and React.js to join our team in Amsterdam. This is a freelance position with a focus on developing robust software solutions for our international client. The role involves a significant amount of backend development (70%) with the remaining 30% dedicated to frontend tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development: Utilize Java and Spring Boot to design and implement scalable backend services.
Frontend Development: Develop user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
Deployment and Maintenance: Use Kubernetes for deploying and maintaining applications.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Autonomous Work: Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

Java: Strong experience in backend development using Java.
React.js: Proficient in building frontend applications with React.js.
Spring Boot: Experience with Spring Boot for backend services.
Kubernetes: Familiarity with deploying applications using Kubernetes.
TypeScript: Experience in using TypeScript for frontend development.
Perl: Experience with Perl is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in software development.

Practical Details

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
Work Type: Hybrid (combination of on-site and remote work)
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: High rate based on experience
