Job Overview
We are seeking four Fullstack Developers (m/f/d) to join our teams in Essen, Germany. This role involves working on cross-functional features and building frameworks for product development. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence every 1-2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Support: Manage cross-functional features ensuring operational processes for internal and external customers.
- Framework Development: Create frameworks to support product development.
- User Stories Implementation: Implement user stories, conduct code reviews, and extend existing architectures.
- Testing and Optimization: Implement tests, optimize performance, and eliminate defects.
- Architecture Evaluation: Collaborate with the architecture team to evaluate and enhance architectures.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support and propose ideas for improvements.
- Debugging and Analysis: Conduct error analysis, log evaluations, and debugging.
- Development Testing: Perform development tests and support subsequent testing phases.
Required Skills and Experience
- Java/JEE Programming: At least 5 years of experience in Java/JEE programming, application servers, JPA/Hibernate, and relational databases.
- Spring Framework: Proficiency in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Web Technologies: Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and web components.
- Secure Software Development: Basic experience in secure software development, including encryption, certificate management, and OWASP SAMM.
- Agile Experience: Experience working in agile teams using agile methodologies.
- UML and Tools: Experience in UML programming, using modeling tools, and developing tools (scripting languages, interfaces).
- Software Architecture: Several years of experience in designing and extending software architectures.
Preferred Experience
- Cross-Functional Features: Project experience with cross-functional features or framework development is advantageous.
Additional Information
- Language: The project language is German.
- Start Date: The project is set to start in 2024.
- Contract Duration: Initial contract until 31.12.2024, with potential extension from 1.1.2025 to 31.12.2025.
