About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our Customer Care Solutions using React and Spring Boot. You will deploy your developments in the Azure Cloud using GitLab-managed CI/CD pipelines, adhering to best practices, especially in security and availability.

You will work closely with your colleagues in an agile squad, analyzing stakeholder problems and transforming them into smart solutions. By integrating services from other departments, you will provide a 360° view of all processes relevant to Customer Care, considering important principles in the development of distributed systems and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Customer Care Solutions using React and Spring Boot.
• Deploy developments in the Azure Cloud using GitLab-managed CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an agile squad to analyze and solve stakeholder problems.
• Integrate services from other departments to provide a comprehensive view of Customer Care processes.
• Actively contribute to your work environment and share knowledge with your chapter and peers.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
• At least three years of experience with a modern frontend stack like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of software design and experience in Java programming.
• Experience with virtualized infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD with GitLab or similar tools like Jenkins.
• Experience in test automation.
• Experience working in an agile team with short release feedback loops and continuous improvement.
• Teamwork, communication skills, and a self-directed, implementation-oriented work style.
• Good English and German language skills are advantageous.

Location

This position is based in Berlin, Germany, with a hybrid work model allowing for both remote and on-site work.
