Senior Mobile Developer React Native

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team at PayBack, a leading smart benefits solution provider. Our mission is to enhance employees' purchasing power through flexible benefits, directly connected to their bank cards. As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will play a crucial role in the full development cycle of our mobile application, from design to maintenance, ensuring a high-quality user experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Design: Collaborate with the Product team to propose and develop new features.
Development: Implement identified evolutions using appropriate languages and technologies.
Project Management: Participate in grooming sessions to ensure high-quality specifications.
Collaboration and Communication: Maintain continuous documentation and effective communication with team members.
Quality Assurance: Conduct tests to identify bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities (unit, integration, etc.).
Maintenance and Updates: Monitor production, address incidents, and fix bugs as needed.

Backend: Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, Temporal.io, MongoDB, Microservices
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Vite.js
Mobile: React Native, TypeScript

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in development, with confirmed experience in mobile development, particularly with React Native.
Skills: Proficiency in the mentioned technical stack.

Detail-Oriented: Focus on quality and performance.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes and learn new technologies.

Recruitment Process

Initial conversation with Pierre-Antoine.
Technical interview and pair programming session.
Fit meeting with Wilfried and Azul, the founders of PayBack.
Informal coffee with the team at the office.

Average process duration: 10 to 15 days.

Compensation

Salary: €50,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Equity: BSPCE options available.
