Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team at PayBack, a leading smart benefits solution provider. Our mission is to enhance employees' purchasing power through flexible benefits, directly connected to their bank cards. As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will play a crucial role in the full development cycle of our mobile application, from design to maintenance, ensuring a high-quality user experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Design: Collaborate with the Product team to propose and develop new features.
- Development: Implement identified evolutions using appropriate languages and technologies.
- Project Management: Participate in grooming sessions to ensure high-quality specifications.
- Collaboration and Communication: Maintain continuous documentation and effective communication with team members.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct tests to identify bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities (unit, integration, etc.).
- Maintenance and Updates: Monitor production, address incidents, and fix bugs as needed.
Technical Stack
- Backend: Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, Temporal.io, MongoDB, Microservices
- Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Vite.js
- Mobile: React Native, TypeScript

Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in development, with confirmed experience in mobile development, particularly with React Native.
- Skills: Proficiency in the mentioned technical stack.

- Detail-Oriented: Focus on quality and performance.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes and learn new technologies.

Compensation
- Salary: €50,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
