StellarUp is seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our dynamic tech team. As a key member of our development team, you will be instrumental in building and supporting several production codebases. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting projects.

What You'll Do

• Development: Dive into the development of Fiona, a microblogging platform, and contribute to building a dashboard mobile app for an alternative energy company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO, three developers, and a designer to expand our technical capabilities.
• Support: Provide timely technical support for our growing customer base and collaborate with the Customer Support Team.
• Innovation: Scope, prioritize, and develop new features and modules from our development backlogs.
• Testing: Develop effective testing strategies and ensure code quality.
• Documentation: Help build a complete set of technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Recoil)
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn)
• Understanding of code optimization and performance tuning
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React Native and mobile app development
• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWAs)
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Google Play)
