Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Senior Front-end Developer with expertise in ReactJS to join our dynamic team. This role is based in Amsterdam and requires native-level Dutch proficiency. You will be working on a variety of digital products in diverse environments, from building corporate component libraries to optimizing page performance. Your role will involve hands-on development within a Scrum team, tackling challenging technical issues and contributing to the continuous improvement of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end components using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- A completed HBO degree and at least 5 years of experience as a Front-end Developer.
- Proficiency in Dutch language.
- 4+ years of experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Experience working in an OTAP environment.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or frameworks like Tailwind, Emotion, or Styled Components.
- Ability to create responsive applications.
- Experience with Git Flow.
- Strong social skills to integrate quickly into new teams.
