About The Role
As a Software Engineer for ChatGPT Enterprise, you will help build and deploy our ChatGPT Enterprise product. We launched ChatGPT Enterprise in August last year, and it has been well-received, with studies showing it can increase productivity in knowledge work by up to 30%.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a Secure Foundation: Develop a secure, governable, and scalable foundation that earns the trust of our customers.
- Package OpenAI's Magic: Present OpenAI's capabilities in a way that resonates with enterprise buyers.
- Ship 0-1 Products: Deliver products that provide users with 10x abilities in specific enterprise domains.
In This Role, You Will
- Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and designers to bring new features and research capabilities to the world.
- Accelerate engineering productivity by empowering your fellow engineers with excellent tooling and systems.
- Help create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture that makes all feel welcome while enabling radical candor and the challenging of group think.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical incidents as needed.

- Have meaningful experience with building (and rebuilding) production systems to deliver new product capabilities and to handle increasing scale.

- Have been a startup founder or an early-stage engineer.
