Artificial Intelligence Developer

Overview

Toyota North America is seeking a talented Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our Intelligent Automation team within the OneTech organization. This role is based in Plano, TX, and offers a hybrid work environment, combining both in-office and remote work.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a smart, passionate, and highly motivated technologist with a strong engineering and automation mindset. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of ownership and be responsible for building and implementing automation solutions to enhance Toyota Motor North America's (TMNA) Digital Employee Experience (DEX).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Automation Solutions: Plan, build, and implement digital automation solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) across all OneTech departments.
• Integration Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using iPaaS platforms such as ServiceNow. Implement RESTful and SOAP-based APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, system administrators, and security teams to ensure proper configuration and management of integration platforms.
• Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Conduct performance monitoring and tuning of integration processes to ensure optimal system performance and scalability. Perform testing and debugging of integration solutions.
• Documentation and Continuous Learning: Document technical specifications, system architecture, and integration design patterns. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in integration technologies, iPaaS platforms, and API development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or .NET.
• Experience: Proven experience in designing and developing integration solutions using iPaaS platforms like ServiceNow. Knowledge of cloud platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
