About the Role
Volvo Cars is seeking a visionary Head of AI and Data & Analytics to lead our strategic use of artificial intelligence and data analytics. This pivotal role involves driving data and AI transformation with a balanced central-federated approach, enhancing our data foundation for effective usage. You will foster a purpose-driven culture to achieve Volvo Cars' goals while ensuring data integrity, security, ethics, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the strategic use of AI and data analytics across the organization.
- Drive data and AI transformation with a balanced central-federated approach.
- Enhance our data foundation for effective usage.
- Foster a purpose-driven culture to achieve Volvo Cars' goals.
- Ensure data integrity, security, ethics, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data, analytics, and AI capabilities throughout the business domains.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire the central and data hub teams to execute on data transformation by improving the data foundation and taking full advantage of analytics and AI.

- Experience leading larger organizations within the data domain.

- Highly attuned to emerging technologies in the AI, analytics, and data space.

Location
This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with a hybrid work model allowing for both on-site and off-site work.
